Is there a setup fee?
Yes, this is not software you spend months figuring out on your own. The system is specifically built for your business. The setup fee starts at €970 or $1.015 and includes reviewing your current system, connecting domains, setting up email, calendars, social media, phones, integrating Google My Business, configuring forms and automations, and onboarding users.
How long does system setup take?
System setup typically takes 7–14 days, depending on the selected plan and the specific requirements of your business.

We can connect your personal mobile phone number and avoid lenghty A2P registration processes or provide you with a dedicated eSIM phone number. Landline numbers require Twilio and A2P registration - which we also provide.
Can I connect my existing mobile number?
Yes, but we recommend using a separate phone number to ensure all calls and SMS are logged in the system.
Can I have multiple phone numbers?
Yes, the first phone number is included in the package. Additional numbers cost €30/month each and include unlimited calls and SMS.
Landline numbers cost 5€/month and additional carrier rates apply based on usage.
How do I use my new business phone number?
We set up a phone modem for business use or as a dedicated communication modem. Or provide you with an eSIM.
Do you offer a guarantee?
