How does payment work?

When you select a payment option, you’ll be redirected to a secure Stripe Checkout page. After payment, your subscription will be automatically set up to renew on the same day each month. You can pause or cancel your subscription at any time through your account dashboard.

How do i submit a request?

 After your 30-minute onboarding call, you’ll be given access to your personal ClickUp (or Trello) board. From there, you can view and manage ongoing projects. To submit a new request, simply click the “+” button and add a task to our queue, prioritizing them as needed.

What does "unlimited" mean?

You can submit an unlimited number of requests. Most clients often have 10-15 in the queue at any one time, and their boards act as a to-do list. Our team works on one at a time (prioritized by you), and our average turnaround time on a system deliverable is between 1-4 days. The moment we're done, we get to work on the next. In this way, we often deliver 10+ systems per month (whereas an in-house hire might deliver one or two).

How much more cost effective is this?

Considering payroll, benefits, severance, and hiring time, our service costs approximately 70% of the price of hiring in-house and about 50% of the cost of hiring an agency. What do you mean by 100% satisfied?

If you’re not fully satisfied with a deliverable (whether it’s a system, website, or other project), you can request revisions directly within our project management platform. We’ll continue refining the project until you’re completely satisfied.

What is your refund policy?

If you’re not 100% satisfied with our service, we’ll keep working at no extra charge until you’re happy with the results.

What are Tier1, Tier2 and Ad Hoc?

Tier 1: Digital Operations Manager – This tier provides hands-on support for essential digital tasks and is limited to 5 projects per month. The scope includes foundational services like website updates, graphic design, basic SEO, and CRM setup—ideal for businesses needing help with routine digital operations without the complexity of larger-scale systems.

Tier 2: Chief Digital Officer (CDO) – This tier offers unlimited projects and requests, providing full-scale COO-level digital operations leadership. It covers everything from advanced automation, custom software implementation, complex AI integrations, and high-level digital strategy, acting as your outsourced digital operations executive.

Ad Hoc: For businesses with one-off or specialized needs, this option offers custom projects without a subscription. It’s perfect for those needing occasional digital services like website design, marketing automation, or AI solutions on demand.
